Mission

Founded on the guiding principle to "nurture and sustain children's love of learning," a newly refined mission statement was approved by the Board in the Spring of 2007 following the adoption of the Strategic Plan.

It was our goal to adopt a statement which would: articulate the shared intent of the community; capture the essential values of the School; honor the connections between academic programs, personal responsibility and community values; and restate our focus on learning by doing.

Informed by these goals and through the collective wisdom of our school community, our mission statement emerged:

Preparing Learners for Life through Academics, Responsibility, Community, and Hands-On Learning
