Contributed income at Archway makes up between 15-20 percent of Archway's annual budget in any given year. Income from fundraising events helps pay for performing and visual arts programs, facilities improvements, tuition assistance, and classroom program enhancements. Thanks to support from our community and friends, Archway's programs continue to grow.
The Annual Giving Campaign (The Annual Fund)
The Annual Fund is the centerpiece of the school’s fundraising plan. Annual Fund contributions make up the major portion of the gap between operating expenses and tuition revenues. Each fall, parents, trustees, faculty, staff, alumni, grandparents, parents of alumni, and community friends are asked to make unrestricted tax-deductible donations to support the essential needs of the school. We strive for 100 percent participation by our parents. We ask that families make each donation one that is not only personally meaningful, but also supports the mission of the school. Gifts of all sizes are important and valued.
Capital and Endowment Campaigns
To continue to improve and enhance our programs and facilities, we are committed to establishing new and expanded sources of revenue. The Development Committee of the Board of Trustees is in the beginning stages of planning a comprehensive capital campaign. The capital campaign will institute an endowment and will work toward the upgrading of facilities and strengthening of the educational programs. We will seek third party support resources in the greater community as well as contributions from Archway families to strengthen our ability to meet the current and future educational needs of our children.
Throughout the school year there are school and APTA sponsored events designed to build community and raise additional funds to enhance the academic experience of our students.

If you participate in your company's matching gift program, your gift to the school could be doubled or tripled. Obtain a matching gift form from your company, complete it, and return it to the Business Office.
